Their sales team keeps contacting me to renew and I keep reminding them that their product doesn't work as advertised. Yet, no resolution has been put forth for months. We've been in constant contact with ConnectWise support and their forums (ongoing thread here: ). Ever since, we've had continual issues with the ScreenConnect portal not responding for up to 10 minutes at a time.Īs you might imagine, this creates a total nightmare for us and our clients. We contacted ScreenConnect support to ensure there were no issues in the transition to Linux and made our move to Ubuntu earlier this year. It was only hosting a small web server in addition to ScreenConnect. Towards the end of last year we put a plan in place to decommission our Windows sever. ![]()
